To find your way around inside the Building each page has the following Navigation system.

Image Description
Ground Floor Floor Image
  • This image tells you the current Floor you are on. By clicking on this icon you can always return to the Reception on the Floor you are on.
Reception Room Image
  • This Image tells you the Room you are in. If you are inside a Cabinet in a Room the by clicking on the Room Image you will leave the Cabinet and return to the Room.
Elevator The Elevator
  • This image allows you to move between Floors in the current Room.
  • Note - the list of available Floors in the Elevator depends upon the Room you are in. If the Floor you are looking for doesn't exist in the Elevator list for the Room you are in the either there is not a Room of this type on the Floor you are trying to go to, or you do not have Security to go to this Room on that Floor.
Floor Directory Floor Directory
  • This image contains a list of the Rooms on the current Floor.
  • If you do not see a Room that you are trying to go to then either you do not have Security or the Room does not exist on this Floor.
Help Help Image
  • This image displays Help for the area of the Building you are currently in.
  • Help also has several other abilities such as emailing Tutors and switching between Graphics and Text Only modes.

An example of a the standard Navigational header in VETTWeb is:

Sometimes a smaller compressed header is used that looks like this:

Ground FloorReceptionElevatorFloor DirectoryHelp!

The Text Only versions will look like either this:

Ground Floor Reception Help!

[Elevator] [Floor Directory]

or this:

Ground Floor Reception [Elevator] [Floor Directory] Help!


Any cabinets that are external to VETTWeb will be displayed inside a frame that contains the VETTWeb Navigation Header and the standard Footer as seen at the bottom of this page.
